Spider-Man Goes 3D

It's true. The new Spider-Man movie slated for release in the summer of 2012 is going to be in 3D. On the heels of the success of Avatar I have a feeling we are going to be seeing a lot more 3D releases coming out. Do you think one day we will have our own custom 3D glasses we will bring everywhere? Just sayin...

The story will focus on Peter Parker's (aka Spider-Man) high school life. It is said that filming will begin later this year with new director Marc Webb. I also heard casting is still ongoing. Does this mean Tobey Maguire is out as our web-slinging hero? Who will take over? I will do some digging and get back to you on that one.

In the mean time, who do you think would be great as the next Spider-Man?
