So apparently Gears of War designer Cliff Bleszinki got bumped from Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday due to a "scheduling conflict". It appears the producers caught a case of Bieber Fever.

Bleszinski, expected to reveal the release of Gears of War III, was replaced by none other than Justin Bieber. This sparked rumours that Bleszinski was rudely bumped to accommodate the pop sensation.

Bleszinski denied the rumours saying, "As much as I'd like to start a fight with (Bieber), the truth of the matter is that we wanted to take a couple more days to polish what we're showing. Sorry all, appreciate your patience!"

I guess the Bieber gets better ratings than a game designer, huh?. Cant hate on the decision to bump him, even if the reasons behind it are a little cloudy.
